We are located on 130 Harrison Ave in New Orleans, LA.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. 

How can I track my order?

All tracking numbers will be emailed once we create the shipping label. 

Do you offer refunds? 

No, we offer store credit to the platform the purchase was made on if the return is within our return policy. 

How do I use my gift card online? 

Gift cards cannot be used online at this time. If you see something you would like to purchase online then please give the store a call at (504)715-3707. We will be able to process your purchase over the phone if the inventory is still available. 

Do ya'll hold items if I like something online? 

We can hold in store until the end of the business day, however, we cannot prevent an item from selling online. If an online order is the product you have held, we will no longer be able to hold for you. 

Is your inventory the same online as it is in store? 

Yes, our inventory in store is also available on our website swoonboutiquenola.com.  However, our Swoon Nola app inventory is separate from our store front. App items are exclusive to the app. 

If my size is sold out online, what should I do? 

We suggest signing up for our restock notifications in case we receive more of the product you are looking for or a customer returns the size you are hoping to get.
