Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders with standard shipping will ship UPS Ground, UPS Ground Advantage or USPS First Class Mail. Orders usually arrive within 3-4 days business days of ordering but we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.Β
*Swoon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for UPS for help on recovery of packages.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is only offered on business days. Cut off time for expedited shipping is 12 pm CST. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will ship the next business day.
Preorders
Multiple item orders containing a preorder will ship once the entire order is complete. If the customer wants to ship the items separately, there will be an additional shipping charge.
