Eligible items: Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all returns & exchanges. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, in original condition with tags attached.

*If an item is shipped back that does not meet our return requirements, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense or will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. Pick up in store orders are held for 30 days and will be donated if not picked up.

In Store Purchases: Please return items to 130 Harrison Ave. New Orleans, LA 70124.

Online Orders: Please click HERE to start your return or exchange. Please follow the guided steps to select the eligible items you would like to return. Your return label will be automatically generated and emailed to you. Please ensure all approved eligible items are included in the same package. There will be a $10.00 return shipping label fee deducted from your refund if you are shipping your item back. We do not refund original shipping costs. 

App Purchases: If you purchased from the app, use the order number found in your fulfillment/shipping email. If you have trouble, contact returns@swoonboutiquenola.com 

FREE EXCHANGES 

Use your return credit for something else and get FREE shipping! Follow the guided steps on our return portal and skip the shipping fee!  Exchanged items will be shipped to you once we have received your returned item. 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You will receive an email within 3 business days once your item has been delivered back to us and inspected. Refunds are calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days to process.

 WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE? 

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email a picture of the defective item at returns@swoonboutiquenola.com within 48 hours. We will provide a return label and replacement item/refund at no cost to the customer.

WHAT IF I PAID WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS OR SEZZLE? 

Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Swoon’s standard Return Policy for items returned within 15 days of fulfillment. A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
