Return & Shipping Policies
We want you to love your Swoon purchase but if you need to return and your item meets the following requirements, we are happy to refund you in STORE CREDIT! Items must be returned (postmarked) within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn condition with tags still attached (if item came with tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items how signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. We will process returns once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Customers will be refunded in Swoon credit and will be required to pay shipping costs when returning an item. You will be issued credit on the platform the order was placed (website or app) and only available for use on that platform. If purchased through swoonboutiquenola.com your store credit will be processed through our storefront and available there. If purchased on a Facebook Live or through the Swoon Nola App your store credit will be processed back on to your personal app account.
All accessories, formal gowns, intimates, and discounted items are FINAL sale.
If an item it shipped back that doesn't meet the requirements, the package will be returned to sender or there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your credit.
We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
We ship weekly Monday - Friday and aim to get all orders out within 24 hours of your purchase! We do not ship on weekends.
If you take advantage of our free shipping, we will not be held responsible for any USPS errors. Orders can always be tracked through your "Order History" on our app!
If there is a delay in USPS shipment we recommend signing up for all text updates on the USPS website for the most up to date information.
