Step 2: Youโll receive a personalized cart with your curated selections to review and confirm your order.
Step 3: Once confirmed, your Style Box ships within 24 hours. Try everything on at homeโyouโll have 5 days to decide what you love. Anything that doesnโt work can be returned with the prepaid label included in your box.
Step 4: Keep your favorites and enjoy your new looks! Youโll be refunded for any returned items once theyโre processed (refund times vary depending on your bank).

Once your order is processed, you will be charged the full amount of the styles chosen. Refunds will be processed once we receive the items back from you that you do not want to keep!
How long do I have to decide what I want to keep?
We give you 5 days from when your box is received to make your decision and start your return.
How are the styles chosen?
Once we receive your request, one of our stylists will reach out to chat with you about your styling needs. This is a great opportunity to discuss any styles or brands you love and things you don't!
What is the cancellation policy?
Please call our store directly at (504) 715-3707 to cancel your Style Box. If the box has already been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may return the styles once you receive them.
