Why is my login not working?

Since the updated app is hosted through our website, you must login to your account using your credentials for your swoonboutiquenola.com account. If you have never created an account through our website, you will need to create one. If you have any questions, email jane@swoonboutiquenola.com

Why is my discount code not working?

Emailed discount codes expire after 30 days unless stated otherwise & discount codes are only valid on regular priced items. If your code was issued within 30 days, email a screenshot of your code to jane@swoonboutiquenola.com.

Where can I find my order history?

Once you login/create an account using your email associated with your orders, you will see your order history on your account page. Order history can also be found on the account page of the Swoon Nola App.

Where is Swoon Boutique located?

We are located at 130 Harrison Ave, New Orleans, LA 70124.

How can I track my order?

All tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is fulfilled. Please check spam if you haven't received.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Swoon BoutiqueΒ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please clickΒ one of the following links depending on the service: USPS Claims Center or UPS Claims Support.

Is your inventory the same online as it is in store?Β 

All in store items are available to be purchased on www.swoonboutiquenola.com and our Swoon Nola App. However, our website and app have additional web exclusive products that are not in store. The description on the product will state *Online Only Product* if that item can only be purchased online. We do offer free pick up in store within 1-2 business days if you choose!

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards purchased through the swoonboutiquenola.com website are available for use online & in-store.Β They canΒ now be added to Apple Wallet to use in-store. The code emailed to you upon purchasing can be entered on the checkout screen of the website or shown when checking out in person.Β 

Physical Gift Cards

Physical Swoon gift cards can be used online, in store and on our Swoon Nola App. To use enter the code on the checkout screen before completing order. The total amount owed will adjust based on the balance of the Gift Card.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship UPS Surepost or USPS Ground AdvantageΒ which usually arrives within 2-3 business days. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional cost.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we only ship within the United States.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We offer refunds on all eligible items up to 14 days after purchase with proof of purchase.Β To see the full Return Policy click here.

How do I make a return?Β 

Β Please clickΒ HEREΒ to start your return or exchange.Β Please follow the guided steps to select the eligible items you would like to return. Your return label will be automatically generated and emailed to you. Please ensure all approved eligible items are included in the same package.Β There will be a $10.00 return shipping label fee deducted from your refund if you are shipping your item back. We do not refund original shipping costs.

CanΒ I use my gift card online?Β 

Yes! We now are able to accept gift cards in store and online! To use online, enter the code on the back of the gift card to apply at checkout!Β 

Preauthorizations

What does it mean to Preauthorize?

Preauthorizing your size lets you reserve your spot for a sold-out style before it becomes available. When you preauthorize, you're letting us know you're interested and giving us permission to process your order as soon as your size is back in stock.

When am I charged?

If you preauthorized through our Online Store & Swoon Nola App - You are only charged IF we restock the size you preauthorized. If we can't restock the style, the preauthorization will be cancelled and you'll never be charged.

If you preauthorized through Facebook & Instagram - due to their policy, you HAVE been charged. We work diligently to restock every week. If we do not restock the style you purchased within 7 days, we will automatically refund you. No steps needed on your end.

Does preauthorizing my size guarantee I'll get the item?

Preauthorizing a style puts you in the line to restocks, with first dibs at the sizes available! This means you are ahead of someone who didn't preauthorize. If you are first to preauthorize a style, you are FIRST for that restock charge and guaranteed your size.

How will I know if my preauthorized size becomes available?

You will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your payment has been processed and can expect your item to ship out in the next business day.

How long does a preauthorization stay active?

We will only hold a payment authorization for 30-45 days. If that time period passes by and we have not been able to restock the style, we will cancel your authorization. You will be notified whenever that happens.

How do I cancel a preauthorization?
